AlternaCare Home Health Services
AlternaCare Home Health Services provides in-home skilled services prescribed by your physician. Members of the AlternaCare Home Health Services' skilled staff can include a visiting nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, social worker and a personal care aide. You and your caregivers will work as a team with the AlternaCare staff so you can get back to the life you were living prior to your illness, injury, or hospitalization.
